WHAT IS OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

- We offer a 7 day return  policy based on the Date of Purchase Invoice. However, this is Not applicable if item is not 
returned at the original packaging, accessories and condition. We reserves the right of final decision. 
Refund Processing Fee is SGD20

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DURATION AND COST?

 

The Estimated Delivery time for Singapore usually take within 2 - 3 working days. As for Countries outside of Singapore, 
Please refer to Singpost Delivery Time . We have absorbed most of Delivery charges. Many items are Free 
Delivery for Local and Overseas.

 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the Shipping Tracking Number.

 

 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your Delivery Status is constantly sent to your Email for each update.

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchase within 7 days, please send us an email for your reason. 
Do note there is item which we don't accept refund or returned for Hygiene Purposes. Refund Processing Fee is SGD20
